Consistently get a blind - dial "Unknown Name" with 321-304-9999 as the id.
Pressing any button seems to put me in a queue to talk to someone, but never seems to go thru.
I'm on the do not call list, which would be enforced by the government, excepting that the entire bureau has been gutted by the last administration. Not to worry though... when I find the location...
These are literally CRIMINALS who are phishing for credit card numbers. They are faking their caller ID. The FTC is working on nabbing them. Asking them to stop calling is pointless. If you feel compelled to fight back, give them fake credit card numbers to pollute their list and/or waste their time.
This "Spoofed" number, fake name and many other numbers are being used by "Debt
Collectors." Prime examples are: CRSI out of California, Complete Credit Solutions out of
Texas and Progressive Financial Services out of Tennessee. They are attempting to gather
information to create an account with someone by getting a credit card number or account
number. These particular places have already drained many peoples bank accounts.

I received a call from (321) 304-9999. Caller Id name said "Cell Phone FL". Obviously a spoof but thought I would answer to find out who they were.
I can't look them up fast enough here :)
Waited a while for the recorded message which eventually said to press 1 to talk to a rep. The first thing the rep said, "Card Services are you calling about our xxx rates?" I can't remember exactly what kind of rates but must have been credit card rates. I said "I am answering your call to me". Rep immediately hung up. It's the difference between them calling me unsolicited and me calling them (if I had said yes).
Definitely a rogue telemarketer. Scumbags that won't follow the rules.
