These people called my number a good 6 times in a row. however, this number appears to not exist beyond complaints. There was no message left and I blocked them from my phone. Seriously hate that my number is out there in this capacity.
Received a call from this number claiming to be a company that resolved payday loan old dept. The name of the company supposedly is Compliance Management Solutions from Miami. I could not locate them. It's a scam! I believe...
Has called me four times today. Did not leave a message for any time. When I picked up, a recording played saying that I was being pursued on behalf of a company's loss mitigation department and that the matter had escalated to the highest level. They advised that my attorney and myself call back to leave a personal statement on the matter.
Fairly certain this is a scam since I have not taken a loan out beyond one I am faithfully paying back (and even ahead on), have never been previously contacted by this number or a company regarding any issues for it to have "escalated" this highly, they do not mention the company name or what this is in regards to beyond I am about to be brought to court for "something." The message does not name the company going after me or the name of the agency contacting me on their behalf.
I also received a phone call from (813) 444-0633 (my entire family did) last week, saying something similar except in regards to online loan fraud. I assume this is just another number/method by the same scam.
