Who called from 3213209117

left no msg.

They called and did not leave a message when voice-mail picked up.

I get these types of calls all the time on my cell phone, which is truly annoying.  I've blocked each and every number, but it doesn't seem to help.   I've notified ATT and they cannot help with this.  Does anyone know how to prevent these types of nonsense calls?
