I received the same text as explained here. I have discovered that the folks doing this are getting ready to be arrested and convicted. Has been a long investigation but they will be coming down soon.
Received exact same text today (June 8, 2015), but from phone number 321-757-2711
The text was as follows:
***FULL NAME*** A Law-Suit has been filed and Arrest Warrant issued on your name. This may arise legal consequences at your home and employment place. If you want to resolve this issue, call us back at State Attorney Head office on 321-250-2343.
This number and a other number keep calling me and the call are not good. Call me taunting me with jail time and Court issues something I have nothing to do wit . I don't like it because my wife answer the phone and she suffers with anxiety and like I said the call are not nice.
