Who called from 3213254359

I just got the call at 3:12 EDT.  Tried to call back, as others have, and got the message "Your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again" followed by some random 4 digit code at the end.  I've called back at least 4 times and got a slightly different message each time.

Calls several times a day at all hours of the day. Never leaves a message. When calling back it says that the # is no longer in service.

recived the same call about an hour ago, telemarketers

Got a call from this number, but they hung up when I answered.

Rang three times then didn't leave a message.  1:25 PM
