These bums called my wife's parents up in New York threatening me to them...claiming to be pre-trial nonsense of Ponte Vedra...thing is there is no such thing as any Ponte Vedra govt entities, we are based on county govt entities, they would call themselves St Johns Co whatever agency..a small detail for a liar, but everyone who works within these agencies would 100% know this...anyone living here would know that...someone from somewhere else trying to intimidate someone with threats of court etc only makes this mistake..they also told them that the police would be coming for me soon, all over some CIVIL complaint, another thing that doesn't happen...they don't chase you down and arrest you over a civil complaint, especially to notify you of any complaints. Those two mistakes by this dirtbag company immediately showed me they are full of crap, just another scumbag collection scam who bought some debt for pennies...even if o paid them, it wouldn't even go to the debt, they'd just steal it so even if I were going to pay whatever it is, I wouldn't pay them...they can't pill their crap on me bc I know who and what they are, I know my rights, I know the law, I know the tactics, and I know the compensation I can get per call they use these harassment tactics...I've been too lazy in the past, but I'm at my anger point now so keep calling, I'll be using every call or correspondence they contain threats and uses lies to harass me to throw it right back in your faces...you think you can hide, I'm sure your not easy to find, but know this, I will find where you are, I can find you, I'm not oy not afraid of your bs, I look forward to proving my point,

A lady claiming her name is Wanda Hill called me from a 314 area code but gave me this number as her call back. She said she works for Cowen & Phillips. Someone called my mother in law in CT and got her all upset stating they were an investigator and left a case #. Wanda told me today that I will be charged with bank fraud and blah blah blah. She claimed I defrauded a bank that I don't even have an acct with anymore. She said these are felony charges and I have never heard of them throwing someone in jail for an unpaid loan. And I don't even owe this money. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office for my state and the FTC. Someone needs to be able to stop these people.
I received this call tonight from 843-214-2600, left voice mail to call back soon as possible for there is a civil complaint against my name and need to get it cleared or will have to go to court and end up being arrested. I called that number and talked to a woman named Linda HIll. See above on another report she gave Wanda HIll, so she is telling me that Suntrust bank is suing me for 768.14 for back payment on a loan. I told her I never took out any loans from Suntrust Bank and why doesn't Suntrust call me themselves since I still bank with them. She then told me it was originally from Pech Management Group and was from July 4, 2010 thru Jan. 11, 2011. Told Her I never heard for this company. If I can make a payment she can get it knocked down. She asked how much I make for utilities and car payments I let her know then she said she can knock it down to 502.94. I told her I was not making any payment and I was going to call Suntrust to find out more on this. She told me I could but they are the ones suing me. She then gave me 321-328-0503 Ext. 3004 to call her back on. Now why would they call from a South Carolina number then tell me to call back on a Melbourne, FL number. I immediately called Suntrust Fraud/prevention and talked to a gentleman about all this and he told me Do not give any information to them that it is a scam and I do not have anything against me (which I knew I didn't). Suntrust told me they would not go thru a 3rd party to collect anything and they would close up my account if there were any law suits. These people need to get a life
I received the same call (word for word, except she ended with "You have been notified") all day, as they literally called every cell and landline phone in this house. The number they are using for me is 352-247-2988. Pathetic...
