Got a call from this number this evening giving the same spiel about winning a holiday to Florida and the Bahamas. Gave my email address as one I haven't used in over 8 years so I just hung up
Just got *The Call* this evening. I had received a similar call a few years back so I knew immediately what it was. Part of my work involves internet security so I'm very wary, full stop. I decided to have a bit of fun this time so I played real dumb and strung the girl along for a half hour or so. When I finally *remembered* that my credit card had been cancelled, her boss came on and got a bit cross with me. This prompted me to have a nervous episode which culminated in me telling him the rainbow people were coming for us all.
Awful, horrid, pushy calls. I have been getting them now for several years. I rarely answer, and never say anything when I do. Just leave them hanging, asking for Mary over and over, after a while they quit. Only to try calling again a few days later. When will they quit for good, obviously I am not going to give them anything.
