Purportedly from Veterans Financial Services and offering to refinance my home through the VA IRRL program.  Told him I wasn't interested, to which he replied, "I don't care.  My job is to inform you that we can refinance your home through the VA refinance program."  I interrupted him and reiterated again that I am not interested and to leave me alone.  This guy refused to hang up and pushed me to the point that I told to eff off.
