I get repeated calls from this debt collector for the wrong person - today the woman told me I had to get them the correct number or they were going to take me to court b/c my phone number was associated with this debt and that they were the "court house" so they'll "drag me into court" to handle this.  When I called them back to ask for an address so I could send a cease and desist letter, I was told that my number wasn't even in the system and that I was harassing them.  These people are out of control.  One person answered as "Arbitration Mediation" another answered "Child Services" and another answered "Hello" - I was able to get a fax number out of one person 302-295-4801 but no street address or email to send the letter.
