Not answering phone calls anymore from out of my area code that I do not already know due to high level of bogus calls. This one actually left a voice mail, Sylvia from "Consumer Rights Advocacy" claiming consumer alert affecting Credit status. Called the number back and despite being told there was an extension it went directly to Sylvia's message box.
