These people keep calling me, refusing to tell me who they are, pronouncing my name horribly wrong - and they're not even looking for me! They're harassing ME to try and contact my MOM who I live 1200 miles away from, haven't lived in the same house as in almost 6 years, and don't speak with more than once a week.

When asked to speak with their manager because the guy was so rude to me and kept just repeating "you don't knooow me" when asked who he, I was put on 'hold' for about a minute and then the line clicked dead.
