iPhone and laptop skins. Showed up on my credit card bill for $4.89.  I'm 99% sure that i didn't make this charge.

$4.89 showed up on my debit card as well and I did not make any purchases from this company.  When I tried calling the number back I got no answer.

Me too, charge on credit card for $5.89 on 11/11/11. Looks like card fraud, I just called the credit card company and cancelled my card.

They are apparently in Orlando. The reported number above is correct.
We got a fraudulent charge yesterday while I was in the shower - NO WAY I bought anything from them.
This was a new card too, so I have NO clue how they got it!? Had to close my card.
My husband left a message and my credit card company will reverse the transaction once it clears.
What a hassle!

Just saw a charge today for $4.89 on my visa check card. Haven't ever been a customer. Going to contact my bank about this.
