Voicemail left indicates a "consumer alert" on the use of zerelco blood thinner. Sounds like a telemarketing pitch of some type. I get this call regularly on a bunch of different phone numbers.

Xarelto (Bayer Product) does have serious side effects.
Much cheaper for low level law firms to hire minimum wage telemarketers to make cold calls from data mined lists of people most likely to have taken drug. Robo calls are cheaper than advertising over mass media. Those of us who have never taken the drug get included on their lists anyways.
