I'm sorry to read your getting the nasty end of a spoofed number robo call! People need to realize that these company's will abuse and use a real number associated with a real person as a spoofed CID..
This kind of caller spoofing is getting used more often. I recently experienced a CCS call here that used a known persons home phone being a small community like it is. Folks should be aware of this now happening (and probably will see it more often) and use caution when calling a number back, the person on the other end just might be innocent from spoofed cid abuse by the telemarketer or extortion scammer.
As for you, report it to your phone service provider and the FTC, FCC..
I got a call from this number this afternoon at 3:37. My caller ID read Joshua Moore. When I answered, the card holder services pre recorded message played.
