Just received a call from the phone # 321-354-9366 that our energy bill was high, as soon as I asked from wich company she was calling from , she hang up.
I received a Call from this number about reducing energy bill. Once I informed the person that I was not interested, he indicated that my energy bill will go up and hung up without any additional explanation. Very rude and unprofessional individual.
Wanted to set up an appointment for energy survey because rates were going to rise. Phony all the way and when I asked who she represented she was gone.
Said she was from Energy Awareness Program. I asked if she was from FPL, and she said no, they were a private company. Didn't have very specific answers, and was somewhat evasive. Said that they would be coming through the neighborhood conducting these audits to save me 20% on my energy bill. I asked for a phone number to call them back and she said thank you and hung up.
Pathetic scumbags!! Unbelievable! Call us on our phones to rip us off. No conscience. Answered the call and told the woman that she is a fraud. Guess took her by surprise because she immediately yelled 'what no no' and before she could continue I disconnected the call. Of course she tried calling from other numbers and still does. Who in the world is giving away free money and cares about your energy bills being so high without an ulterior motive. Therefore I would say these calls are harassing to a point where they hope you will be off guard or unsuspecting. People inform everyone to avoid these calls as much as possible.
