Same thing happened to me. Seems like a prank call generated by calling a tax resolution service called Instant tax solutions to scare me into signing up.
Received a call from this number. Since I didn't recognize it, I didn't answer. They left a message similar to what everyone else is saying. tax evasion, recommend getting a criminal attorney, threat of arrest, etc.
