I did not get a call from this number, but noticed a small charge on my business debit card, from a website called www.kolorr.com and this number was on that website. I called the number only to get a recording. I then used the contact form to ask that someone please call me about a charge to my account, nothing more just my first name and a phone number to call and that statement. I still did not realize the website was involved in the scam. I called my the number on back of debit card and they said my card had been compromised, sending me and new card, and since it was less than $25.00 no investigation they would just refund the money. A day went by and I got an email from the "company support" from website, who did not ask me who I was, what my company was, nothing, they said "we made a mistake, provide us with your full name and last four of your card number and we will credit back". Hummmm, I am thinking now the website is involved!! I told them I had already taken it up with my bank and asked how they knew it was a mistake if they didn't even know who I was, needless to say I have heard NOTHING back from them!!!!! I want everyone to know so that you will check your bank statements even if there is a small charge you don't recognize, look into it!! If I hadn't I hate to think how much of our business would have been taken for, I bet then the bank would have done an investigation, probably to tell me in the end we were just out that money!!!
