called my cell. I didn't answer and they did not leave a message. Suspected spammer and criminal, since it's illegal to call cell phones residing on the Do-not-call list.

When answered, no one responded on other end.

Showed Boca Raton FL on caller I'd.  Rang 5times before hanging up.  These idiots expectation being called to believe a town is calling.  Don't answer mental midgets..
