The initial caller had an accent possibly Nigerian or West African. I immediately knew that it was a scam and used an unlisted number to call back. I asked the caller what state did he reside in and why did he call the police threatening criminal charges for IRS fraud. I told that caller that I have his location and not to worry because we're happy that he called and will see him soon.
