Just answered this call as the number looked like one I knew. It was not. It was a girl named Tori and I had to ask her three times to repeat the name of the law firm, She said it was Mitchell Bluhm - but she skipped over it very quickly. She kept asking to verify if I was me by repeating my birth date. I asked her what this was about and she said it was a personal business matter, but refused to go into detail until I verified my birth date. I told her I would not give her any information about me until she gave me information on why they were calling. I ended up hanging up on her because she started to get argumentative with me. I remember this name of this law firm - they are trying to tell me I owe some medical bills from a car accident that has already been paid. Apparently they bought this debt and have not been notified that this was satisfied. I have since blocked this number and will be doing whatever I need to do to get this off my credit report if it shows up negatively.
