Yes, said hello twice, but they hung up

Christy from some energy audit company. Sounded automated. I hung up before she could finish her sentence.

This appears to be a telemarketing autodialer,  calls my number over and over and over, never letting it ring thru to the message, they just hang up.

voice message claims that electric rates are going up and that they contract with electric company to do a home energy survey to evalutate your usage

Free energy audit (nothing is free), when I refused the telemarketer was more than rude, I told him I was on the "do not call" list and not to call my number again, he absolutely ignored my comments, was so rude I finally just told him I was hanging up.  I hung up and he was still talking!
