He's called 3 days in a row. He says he's from Rx Online Pharmacy. The first day he made it sound like I had prescriptions with his company and like he was asking if I wanted to renew them. I could see where some people (maybe the elderly) would be easily scammed, especially because he speaks in broken English and is very hard to understand. I had to keep asking him to repeat what he said. Then when I said I didnt' have any prescriptions with him, he said they had some big specials. I said I wasn't interested.
He called again the next day and tried again. But when he calls there are awkward pauses like when you answer the phone or answer a question but he doesn't respond to that like someone normally would, instead he'll ask if you're listening which is odd. He presented it a little differently the second time, but once I was sure I really had understood correctly what he represented I told him he had called yesterday and I wasn't interested and to please take me off his list. He called back about an hour later. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he hung up.
He called again today. I immediately recognized his voice and asked to speak with a supervisor. (He was using a different phone # though all three days though so I didn't recognize the number when I answered. Yesterday I'm pretty sure it was a 727 area code but I didn't write it down.) He wanted to know why. I just insisted on a supervisor so he asked me to wait, then pitifully disguised his voice and came back on pretending to be a supervisor. When I asked he said his name was Andrew. I asked for another supervisor and he wouldn't put anyone on. I asked for a phone # where he could be reached. He gave me the one he was using and eventually gave me two other numbers where I could call "supervisors" at 305-224-0227 and 972-763-9185. I asked why those numbers had different area codes and he wouldn't say. I asked where they were. He said his and the first one were in FL and the last one was in TX where I could reach Sam.
I asked if he had a business license # and he asked me if I was married. I told him that wasn't relevant and then told him I was onto him and that I knew he was disguising his voice and pretending to be a supervisor and that he was giving me bogus phone #s for bogus supervisors as though I was stupid. Then he asked if I knew who Jesus was. I hung up and contacted my cell phone provider who recommended I report him here.
