This morning I got a call from this number and they did not leave a message. I decided to look it up and found my experience was the same as many of yours. My advice is when you get a call from someone like this you do not wish to talk to, save that number and identify it by the words "No" or "Do not Answer" or some way to identify that you do not want to answer that number. This has saved me a tremendous amount of trouble.
I got a call from this number, it is annoying, it is a voice mail, saying caller is not receiving call at this time, call back later who ever it is stop calling people, it's annoying, gonna calls that do not know.
