Just called my cell, didn't leave a message.  Adding to the call filter application which will block this number and dump them into the voice mail.

Called left no message. Returned call number is disconnected.

The moment I answered, they hung up!

This number called me regarding a credit card. I do not have any credit cards. It asked me to press 1. No one is in the queu. Protect yourself! Identity fraud is true! I am a victim.
