Got a call from 321-403-6715 on my cell phone. I did not answer, as I did not recognize the number, and they did not leave a message. Is this one of those numbers that is trying to get around the federal government's do not call list regulations? The regulations state that you may not be called unless you are doing business with that company. Well if they call you and you answer then they can claim they are doing business with you. If you don't answer and call them back, they can always claim you called them back which would constitute doing business with them. These telemarketing agencies are getting really sneaky if this is what is happening.
I got 2 calls from them over the last week, both times I answered (because I intended to ask to be off the list) and both times a person came on (English speaking) and asked for my "client number". I responded both times "I don't have a client number, you called me". And both times they immediately hung up on me.
So, not really sure what the gig is ... they call you and if you don't have a number they hang up.
