For Pete's sake, do they ever stop?! This has been going on for over a year. This time no message left, but yesterday they left a very threatening one. They have stooped so low and contacted my elderly in-laws! I did collections & would have been fired for such rude, unethical behavior. Such a scam!
If you get a call from 312-406-0057, be cautious. They say that they are informing you that you will be served papers to appear in court in your area. They don't say who they are either. It's a scam.

This company has been calling me for someone else that I am in relation to about a payday loan that never existed. They are rude and aggressive and the number that they are calling from is 321-406-0057
They started calling last year, a gentleman (not that he was a gentleman) told me he was an investigator and he had papers to serve me because I was being sued. I hung up on him. He changed the phone number so it would look like hee was calling from my local sheriff's office. I went tho the sheriff's office and let them see the phone number and listen to the message. There was no one working there with that name and the officer told me that no one that it's serving you legal papers will ever call you first to let you know. He told me not to pay these people anything because it's just a scam. So now I just mess with them when ever they call. I am actually having some fun with it.
