Recorded message stating that automobile extended warranty was expiring. Press 1 to be removed from the call list; press 2 to be connected to a person. I've tried the press 1 option before only to be disconnected immediately. So I waited on hold for minutes (on their nickle. Asked to speak to supervisor; he couldn't do that. Told him I was filing complaint with National Do Not Call registry. He disconnected.
Call said we are calling about one of your credit cards - your card is okay - but press 1 to lower your interest rates, press 2 to be removed - hit 1 to see who it was - she said did you press one to have your interest rate reduced - I said No I pressed one to find out who this is and then she promptly hung up on me.
