Called me. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, even if local. No voicemail was left, so it couldn't have been too important. Number was blocked after reading info here.
The do not call list doesn't mean anything to scammers. They are already intending to break the law before they call you.
Called, asked for either a Joe or Jill, didnt understand the guy, had kind of a southern accent, then when I said I'm sorry? He hung up right away. Scam caller I am sure.
He called for an Edward. i told him that this wasnt him, then he repeated his message again identically. He was definitely a bot. then he said "there was no message, we'll call again later" and hung up.
