Etiquette. We are to use etiquette when these unique people spam us and phish for info. I have some etiquette for the caller I'd like to personally share.  And 1-800 needs to add phisher to the list of types of calls. Block this number. Don't answer. I give telemarketers 1/2 star over these other unique people. Bottom dwelling...

Rachel may have changed her name to Heather but at least on my phone the caller ID says "Survey" leading me to believe it is a real call----I'll know better next time
