This place is a scam. They claim i opened a bank account with the company i now work for and stated i let the acct go overdraft. i asked for proof and they guy got irate and hung up. What a joke. They keep saying they are going to take me to court, but im hoping they will. they would loose the case. they have no proof of debt, any real collection agency would have that available to a debtor trying to reconcile. Dont send any money to these people.
Ths company calls me almost every weekday, they say I owe Wells Fargo money...They have yet to send me any information..which I have requested proof of their claim. I have also asked them to stop caliing...they have not.
