Who called from 3214211778

Called at 10am. Didn't leave a message.

This number has come through 3 times today, between 9:15 am & 2:20pm.  When I say "hello", there is no response.  I called the number back after the third call, it DID NOT GO THROUGH. I got a printed message on my phone saying ERROR INVALID NUMBER.  I tried again & got the same message, also suggesting the number Doesn't have the right amount of digits.
Nuts.

Repeated phone calls from this number and no one at the other end.

collecting money for there cause. asked what cause  said  purifying the world of Infidels.  why cant our government stop this  collecting money for ISIL??
