Florida Suncoast Services - called to congratulate us on our new house purchase (my wife has lived here since 1976) and offered free water testing. Per the BBB report, they will not cease calling until a BBB complaint is received; they are rated F. We have been on the state and federal Do Not Call registries since they have been available.
They have called several times. I finally answered because I figured they'd stop. The lady congratulated me on my new home, I also have lived here for many years. I told her that and she said she had me on a list as a new home buyer. She apologized and said she's take me off her list. I called the # back and it says "you have reached SSS. We are experiencing a high volume of calls. Please try back later". That's the message each time I called.
These people are so irritating, they started call me at 8:00 am on Monday morning, I am on an afternoon schedule so I was irritated when they woke me up. I too got the congratulations on you new home, I have lived here since 2008 and we are in 2014!!! I kept asking her if she knew what time it was? Who calls that early in the morning?!? I told her to remove me from her list that I didn't care about what they had to offer, i don't want it. They continue to call 2-3 times a day and I send it to my fax machine. Today I picked up and again told them to stop immediatly. This is so irritating! If I get another call i am going to have to file a complaint. I am on the do not call list too so I don't understand why this is happening..
