This is a scam caller.  The caller advises he is a paramedic in the Orlando area (Dr Phillips) and says a friend or family member is hurt in an auto accident.  The person only wants to speak Spanish; which is a clue that it is a scam as all paramedics in Orlando are required to be bi-lingual.  Please hang up the phone.  Do NOT give any personal information or money to these callers.  Share with friends and family that this scam is very popular right now....KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!
