Same thing here - received a call from "Contech Stormwater" at 321-445-6789. Happily I was already aware of the Microsoft phone scam so I had a little fun with the caller. Obviously calling from a call center based on the background noise. He got mad and hung up.

Claimed he worked with Microsoft and had been receiving errors about my computer. Asked him to remove my phone number and told him that if I have problems with my computer I know who to call. Caller ID said Contech Stormwatch.
