Identified themselves as a representative of GE (General Electric) and wanted to come out and conduct a survey of water quality in the Tampa area.  Used an enticement of a $50 gift card from Walmart, Target, or Home Depot...asked intrusive questions.  Unknown which actual telemarketing company this is....
