I got this same call. It's from Florida, where I have no family or contacts of any kind. Seems suspicious that the same call goes out to so many diverse places.
Didn't recognize the number so I let it go to voicemail. The message indicated that it was in regards to a possible civil complaint. They requested a call back from me or my attorney. They left a case # to reference. They even requested that if it was the wrong number, to have someone call back due to the "legality of the issue." I'm not involved with any kind of civil complaint and if I was, I'm sure something would come in the mail or someone would be knocking on my door. I'm declaring this bogus. :/
yea i got the same message i actually called them back, its some kind of law firm they actually got my number from my sister who used me as a reference although she says thats not true.. turns out they were looking for her and garnished her wages for a cash advance she received..guys names was phillips i think
