They are a "Mortgage Matching" firm robo/computer calling to get your permission to have ~2 mortgage companies call to offer "possible" lower ReFi rates. I played/strung IT along as long as I could to get to a "human". IT terminated after several times asking if IT had my permission to which I multiple times replied "NO! & Do NOT call me again!!"
