just got a call from this #. i didn't recognize it so didn't answer (almost did, 'cause i'm unemployed and all, lookin' for a job, and u never know...). Anyway, they didn't leave a message. Chumps. Then 2 minutes later I got a call from Ocwen (who Downey Savings sold my mortgage loan to). Could be a coincidence...
