Who called from 3214825180

Receive calls daily saying I owe money to payday loan or something but have never had loan like that. Asked for something in writing and they take my email because I won't give them any other information and never receive documentation.  Wouldn't they have my address if I took out a loan?

I keep getting this call and I don't know who they are. I've read they are some loaning company that demands money, but I'm not sure.

This number calls about once a week asking for some other person's name than asks me to hang up if it's not me.
