This is Capital Education calling to sell you on furthering your education. If you call back it gives you the option to press 1 to stop receiving calls - you enter your number to add it to the do not call list.

Something MUST be done to stop these [***] from stealing our time. And they call our cell phone number too STEALING our minutes. I am offering $100,000.00 dollars for information leading to the successful prosecution of this entity. Because of spam phone calls I have recently lost out on a 2 million dollar business deal and I am vowing to NEVER let that happen again. I am hoping my reward offer gets the attention of a state's attorney willing to take these pricks on. Sooner or later a telephone company employee will also get wind of my reward and break the stupid rule protecting these [***].
I agree with you. I was called 3 times just this morning by the same number. I also have at least 4 other numbers that continue call and pester me with their F****in S***T. I hope your reward does the trick. Don't they have a do not call list for cell phones? My number is new and not been given out yet. So i know these are junk numbers. I just don't answer but when my number gets given out thats when the trouble will begin. I will have to answer. THATS WHEN I WILL PISSED OFF!~~
If you call the # back, it does NOT give you the option to press 1 - someone answers immediately, saying my name and their company (something about education) but I interrupted her and demanded to have my number removed from the call list, she said, "oh, absolutely ma'am," and then - perfect timing - I ran out of minutes and the call ended. How perfect :) LOL
