Who called from 3214899999

Received at call at 11:45 pm from this number.  Rather late for a telemarketer? No one there when I was able to get to the phone.

Same here. They keep calling us even though we had selected the "3" many times. When finally talked to a live person, my husband was very nice to the woman on the phone and tried to ask them to get us off the list and they just hang up on him.

Yes they called me but there was no message.  Just a dead phone when I picked up.

Obviously these companies don't care about any "Do Not Call" lists or requests.

I'm on the government's "Do Not Call" list.  

When I pick up a phone call that is obviously from a telemarketer that I do not have any prior relationship with ...

When it is a live person (or I can connect to a live person) ...

I first remind them that I am on the "Do Not Call" list, that they are violating the law, and that I am requesting never to be called again ...

Then I blow my referee's whistle LOUDLY into the phone ... and hang up on them.

Since they are criminals, they could not care less about the do not call list. I'm on it as well. Doesn't help.
