sound like a scam. they call themselves auto warranty company. when i asked who they were representing, the call hung up. funny, i don't even have warranty with them. there is no info on the company, or other phone # to reach them, sounds like a shady deal from fl, like the ballot chads from the last election.
Called my business line. Automated message saying something like "This is Heather, and your line of credit is about to expire." I didn't get through the whole message; just hung up
I have previously received calls from this company RE: a car warranty (That I didn't have). Today I received a call asking me if I wanted to lower my credit card interest rates (!) I was skeptical but wanted to check out the scam, so when I talked to an operator, I asked who they were, and he said something like ICI Credit Services (?), and that they dealt directly with banks and lenders to lower interest rates, and they needed to verify with the lenders that I was current on payments. When I said "Well let's say I have a Visa credit card with Capital One, don't they already KNOW if I'm current or not?" He said "No they don't," then hung up!
recieve calls on my cell/and husbands at least 3 times a week. seems to be more persistent lately. Am on DO NOT CALL ,but I guess this company pays no mind
