This message above is what I got in a text message. I never did a Target entry period and hardly shop there. I decided to boldly call the number. It rang a couple of times and then buzzed like a fax machine. That's not from Target any way because it ends with "rdfg.biz" Thanks and hope this helps for all that's getting these unwanted calls out there.
