I get calls from multiple numbers like this one. It is to "lower credit card interest rate" I do not have any credit cards and never have so this is obviously a spam call. I have asked to be removed from their list repeatedly which is usually when they hang up on me. Reporting them does no good because they are scammers. They are dishonest anyway. I am on the do not call list but of course they wouldn't pay attention to that because again, they are criminals. I tend to block each one until they give up.
