I receive several calls per week, always with a different number that is blocked when I call it back. I spoke to them several times and told them to stop calling me. They call themselves Google Promotions. I highly doubt Google is not connected or affiliated with them. They fly under the radar because they are probably based overseas in a call center.
I just got a call from this number but when I pressed '1' to try to talk to an 'agent' I was put on hold possibly indefinitely. There's no way they're from Google because they offered to get me ranked on page 1 and I'm already there.

not owning a business I'm confused and maybe I'm missing some thing ?
but if this place is calling me and every one else providing the same service as I do and telling us all we are going to be on the front page then who is really going to be on the front page ?
does that make any sense ?
Google doesn't guarantee first page placement anyway. They say so in their "known scams" page, and that any company claiming that they can do that for you are lying.
