David Andrew Hartley has been using this number to solicit people to invest in his phoney companies.He is a con artist and criminal who has scammed many unsuspecting innocent people for hundreds if thousands of dollars,
PLEASE INVESTIGATE AND STOP THIS CRIMINAL FROM SCAMMING ANY OTHER VICTIMS.
No one here has law enforcement powers. If you want to make a complaint you need to go to the proper place such as your police department. I suspect though that this is an attempt at a vendetta post. It has been reported as such.,
Thanks for the "heads up" Jamie. This knucklehead has been calling my home phone trying to get me and my girlfriend to invest in his scam investments. I thought something was up but I'm now convinced.

800notes.com is a user-driven forum for people who receive unknown/spam/scam calls. 800notes.com cannot investigate anything or stop anyone from scamming people. Posting your experience here helps warn others, however, you'll have to contact law enforcement and ask them to investigate.
