i said hello about 5 times before someone finally answered... they told me my number was selected to get a free cell phone i told them i was not interested and she said do you have a cell phone i said thats none of your business and then she said i needed to answer correctly as the call was recorded... i said good dont call me again and its none of your damn business who or if i even have a cell phone.. im not required to provide that information to you. and told her good bye and hung up. this isnt the first time that they have called and im really annoyed by it
So, after this number called my home several times... I decided to look into it. I've tried calling the number back and it says the number is not in service. I usually do not answer unknown names/numbers... well I do but I just hang it right up. Hardly anyone has my home number and I NEVER give it out and I am NOT in the phone book. Anyway, completely annoyed, my husband decided to let the caller listen to the Daily Show, while we laughed. The caller hung up and has not called back since. I am going to try blocking the number and see if it puts a stop to this.
As far as suing, you people are way too bored and need to get off your high-horses. Protect yourselves, know who has your information and stop trying to get money out of something that is nothing. It's a phone call for crying out loud. To the rest of you with entertaining stories, thank you.
i have come home several times to find this number on caller id. i tried to call the number back no one ever answers. if i am home when they call no
one answers i am not sure what the deal is and dont care but if i had the choice to put them on call rejection list i certainly would. i ran there no. through anywho but nothing ever comes up on reverse look up and i feel if they take the time to call and i have to get up to answer the call they
should at least state there business.
On Do not call list. Repeatedly answer by stating place this number on the do not call list.
Area Code: East of Orlando. number appears to be ghosting. Sprint has used non call-back 800 numbers but does not ghost. The source likely someone other than Sprint and the purpose maybe something quite different from selling a cell phone / cell phone plan.
