i just got this call again,the guy sounds foriegn as in "india"all the time this is the 2Nd call as to threaten that i should retain a lawyer and there is lawsuit blah-blah-,i did get scammed the first time,but my bank did give me my money BACK..,i have learned my lesson,but i still receive these stupid callS,these people need TO be stopped i have already reported these "types" of scammer to the FBI.all these people need to do is get a "REAL JOB"..THEY WILL EVENTUALLY GET SHUT DOWN,THE FBI IS DOING WHAT THEY CAN.THEY ARE TRYING TO EXTORTE MONEY & FRAUD..SHIP THEM BACK TO WHEREVER>>>>I GET ALOT OF HANG UP CALLS TO,I GUESS THEY HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO. ALWAYS CHECK NUMBER ON GOOGLE,TRUE SCAMMERS DO NOT HAVE 1-800 NUMBER...NEVER TALK TO THEM JUST HANGUP...BEWARE
that makes two of us. cant find it anywhere. was told its from a anderson law firm in florida. looked up anderson law firm, but never came across that number. just found a bunch of spam from the number. it is a nextel cell number. i was able to find out that much.
A person called from this number but when we answer they hang up and when we don't answer they leave a demanding message from an law firm. I believe is Anderson Law firm. If this were true when I have called back the number only rings no answer. Be careful.
Lol So i got a call from a different number from some india sounding people demanding i pay them back for some kind of loan that I have never recieved. Scam. So i ignored it. I got curious and browsed Loan scams and came accross a bunch of numbers like the one i had and I chose this one. So i blocked my number and called them. Anderson Law Firm answers and im speaking with "Don" who has a heavy indian accent. So i pretend to be a guy from Ireland and im telling them how rich i am and how i will give him money. Lol. He gets excited and now im just calling them and doing everything to them that they do to us. Its so funny. I threatened me that he would committ suicide by "cutting his nose off" if i didnt pay him lol.
yes, my bestfriend got a call from this number:321-558-1002. Called him, threatening that if that dont hear from me today that will press charges on me for check fraud. i have not written a check in a few years. Not to mention, i dont even have checks. I tried calling the number but not a real number. the first time i called, went straight to a busy signal. the second time was nothing and the third time it didnt ring or anything and just hung up
This is one heck of a scam! I have been called from phones with area codes in New York, California and now, Florida! It is always the same voice, but always a different name, law firm, agency, etc. How can I stop these calls? When I have called the number back, I never get an answer. The phone is either busy, or I get a disconnect sound, or I get a message that I cannot dial this number from my phone, or that the Magic Jack number has not been assigned.
