Called my cell phone twice in a row, no message left

Tried to Facetime at 9:57am.

Called my cell and it is "Rachael" from card services, now with a new name.  I think the number was spoofed with someone's real number, though.

Just called

Just called my cell phone.  No message.  Another site had 11 comments concerning this number, all centered around "Lowering your Credit Card interest" scam
