I received the same exact email and thought the same thing. It's harassment though, I had my bankruptcy attorney call him and speak w him because I am no longer responsible for that account. He said to treat it as a scam the guy claims he's in florida but talks like he's from India or in India. Don't fall for it, even if they were a legit office collecting a debt they cannot harass u and if they do u have a case there for harassment.
